What is your cancellation policy?

Can I purchase additional hours?
Yes, if you go over your allotted hours you can upgrade your plan, or purchase additional hours. You can also add an additional Virtual Assistant(s) at any time.
What hours does my Virtual Assistant
work?
We can allocate staff members for any day or time slots you need. This includes regular business hours in all time zones, and overnight as well.
Can I change Virtual assistants?
Your satisfaction is our main priority. If at anytime you are dissatisfied with your Virtual Assistant, contact customer support for new placement.
Can I change or upgrade my account?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Your bill for the new package will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
